Food & Refreshment Policy

•Guests may bring water and fruit onboard. However, durian is strictly prohibited due to its strong odor.

•No other food items are allowed on the coach.

•For food safety, all perishable items must be stored below 5°C, while the coach is maintained at a comfortable 22–23°C.

•Meal breaks are scheduled every 1 to 1.5 hours to ensure your comfort and refreshment.

•Each tour features a visit to a top-rated local café, handpicked for its quality and atmosphere.

•We conduct rigorous inspections of all dining venues and tour stops to ensure exceptional food and memorable experiences.

Refunds policy's

Bus Transfers: To receive a full refund, please ensure that coach transfers are booked more than 72 hours before your group arrives at Sydney Airport. Unfortunately, no refunds or transfers can be accommodated within 72 hours of the trip.

Hotel Refunds 15 days before a group arrives in Sydney.

Deposits & Extra pay

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the group's arrival
FARE & ITINERARY
APSE TOURS reserves the right to amend the itinerary where circumstances beyond our control make that necessary. No refunds will given if the weather conditions are not as you expected.
