Booking Conditions and Cancellation

»Fares:
In Australian currency all fares include GST. No tipping for all tours

»Child Fares:
These apply to children 5-12 yrs over 12 years adult fare.Children under 5 years of age are not acceptable for travel with the group.

»Itineraries:
Subject to change without notice, we reserve the right to cancel tours, amend fares, itineraries and days of operation. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport.

»On board Language:
The language on board is English. All Staff crew and Tours Guide speak English and all Announcements and lectures will be given in English only.

»Payment:
Full payment must be made 48 hours prior to departure. Visa Card, Bankcard, and Master Card accepted. Cheque payments require 7 days clearance.

»Bookings:
Bookings are essential, as coaches will only pick up from the points At Sydney Entertainment Centre in Chinatown and Kingsford only.

Please check the time and date of the trip on the ticket, the ticket is non-refundable, after the tour has departed
