Booking Conditions and Cancellation
» Fares:-
In Australian currency all fares include GST. No tipping for all tours
» Child Fares:
These apply to children 5-12 yrs over 12 years adult fare.Children under 5 years of age are not acceptable for travel with the group.
» Promotion Fare or Early Brid :
Non-Refundable and Non-changeable( end sale Monday 10 May 2010 time 5:00 pm)
» Itineraries:
Subject to change without notice, we reserve the right to cancel tours, amend fares, itineraries and days of operation. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport.
» On board Language:
The language on board is English. All Staff crew and Tours Guide speak English and all Announcements and lectures will be made in English only.
» Payment Snow Overnight:
At the time of boooking, you must pay to your travel agent a non-refunable deposit of $100 pp when you make a booking. Out standing requested before 7 days.
» Bookings:
Bookings are essential must pay at travel agency, as coaches will only pick up from the points At Sydney Entertainment Centre in Chinatown and Kingsford only.
Please check the time and date of the trip on the ticket, the ticket is non-refundable, after the tour has departed
