I want to cancel the tour?

Cancellation fees:
Up to 4 weeks prior to departure, $100 service fee.
within 4 weeks and up to 1 week prior to departure, $150 service fee, less then 1 week prior
and up to day of departure no refund or cancellation available.

Itinerary:
This is subject to change if weather and road conditions deem it necessary.
Any such changes will be made in the best interest of the passengers.

Smoking:
It is company policy to request smokers to restrict to the stops made en route.

Alcohol:
In the interest of passenger’s safety alcohol consumption is not permitted on board coaches.
Intoxicated passengers will be denied travel and will forfeit all monies paid.

Luggage:
Please limit to one suitcase per person plus onboard travel bag.
All luggage including traveler’s own snowboard, ski equipment, etc. is at owners risk throughout the tour.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for personal items including hire equipment.

Tours have been arranged by APSE TOURS and in co-operation with other principals
and agents and is offered to the holder and deemed to be accepted by him on the understanding
that no action shall lie against APSE TOURS whether by any act,
default or negligence on their part or that of their servants for any accident, delay,

Guide Recommended!

Guide recommendation:To have a nice sleep on the coach please bring a small pillow, water,
Our coach has a clean restroom on board, make your day more enjoyable.
It is essential to wear warm clothes which provide insulation from the cold.

Lunch:- Don’t bring your lunch box because your food will be frozen.There is alot of café’s to choose from approx. $8- $10.

Cooma hotel: the fist getway of snowy mt just 1.10 hours drive from Township to Perisher Blue it is very cold at nice a lot of activity at the hotel heat pool, you can sit at nice for drink before go to bed.
