Seating and Seat Rotation on the coach

APSE TOURS does not guarantee you any particular seats on the tours first in first seating when boarding time.

No food / Drink consumed on board

In the interests of keeping our coach clean and hygienic please do not drink ( other then water) or eat food ( other then as required for medical reasons) on our coach. with frequent stops and home made morning teas- there is no need form extra rations

Where is the meeting point?

Pick up point : Chinatown in the city or Kingsford next to UNSW

How much for the tours?:

Adult : $99 pp

Child 4-12 years :89 pp

These apply to children 5-12 yrs over 12 years adult fare.Children under 5 years of age are not acceptable for travel with the group.

Group Discount?:

Group for 15 passengers travel the same day same trip get 1 Free

Who cannot travel with us?:

For safety reasons we are unable to carry the disabled or passengers who are pregnant and Children under 5 Years un-Accommodation for travel

I want to cancel the tour?

We strongly recommend everyone to take out travel insurance.
Please check the time and date of the trip on the ticket, the ticket is non refundable, after the tour has departed APSE will NOT refund any unused ticket.

If after you have made a booking and you wish to change it to another date you can do so within 4 days notice. There is a refund of 50% of the ticket at 3 days notice, No refund with less than 3 days notice.

A booking is only confirmed when full payment has been received and a booking number is advised.

Smoking:
It is company policy to request smokers to restrict to the stops made en route.

Alcohol:
In the interest of passenger’s safety alcohol consumption is not permitted on board coaches.
Intoxicated passengers will be denied travel and will forfeit all monies paid.
